2026-27 INSURANCE COVER NOTES AVAILABLE

Following confirmation of renewal, cover notes are now available for affiliated individuals and clubs to 30th April 2027.

Details of the renewed cover along with cover notes to 30th April 2027 are now available on the website here (or select Member, Insurance from the Menu bar).

Please note you will need to log in using your Sport:80 credentials in order to view the page and access the documents.

Please read the associated summary of the eligibility requirements for Individuals and Clubs that can be found here as failure to meet the eligibility requirements may invalidate cover.

Specifically for clubs wishing to be covered by employers liability insurance (note this is required for engaging volunteers, contractors or employees) you will have been sent a form to complete as the insurers require additional information. Please contact clubaudit2026@britishfencing.com if you have not received this email or have any related questions.

Clubs secretaries may also have received a communication with regards to the 2026 Club Audit where we are checking that clubs who are relying on BF insurance meet eligibility criteria. As a reminder, insurance cover for affiliated clubs (and their coaches and volunteer workforce) is only valid if all participants are members (there is a free introduction membership available).
