UKAD CLEAN SPORT HUB MAINTENANCE

The UKAD Clean Sport Hub will be unavailable from the 1st to the 15th December 2025.

This message is for all competitive fencers, coaches, and parents. Please note the message below, from UK Anti-Doping:

As you will be aware, the Clean Sport Hub is UKAD’s platform for clean sport education. We are currently in the process of transitioning our Clean Sport Hub to a new platform, including our eLearning programmes.

Due to this transition, the current site will be temporarily unavailable from Monday 1 December 2025 and we expect the new site to be available from the week commencing Monday 15 December.

We are using this opportunity to refresh the look of the system and functionality available, but in the short term, our core eLearning courses will remain the same and will be tailored based on the information provided at registration.

Key messages for Athletes/Athlete Support Personnel

  • If you have an incomplete eLearning course, you must complete it before the end of Sunday 30 November. If a module/course is not fully completed, it will be reset back to having no progress on the new system.
  • If you recently completed a course, no immediate action is required. You will be contacted when your renewal is due and can activate your new account then. Your completion records and certificate will transfer automatically.
  • If you have previously registered but never completed any eLearning on the existing platform, your account will not be migrated and you will need to create a new one on the new platform.
