TAP GLOBAL MENTORING PROGRAMME - APPLICATIONS OPEN - DEADLINE OCT 15th

The True Athlete Project (TAP) invites applications for the Global Mentoring Programme to start in January 2026, deadline for applications is October 15th 2025.

This unique opportunity matches aspiring young athletes (aged 15-24) with senior elite level athletes in a year-long, nurturing mentoring relationship. Mentees are offered personalised support, guidance and insights, alongside a tailored mental skills programme.

Since 2016, TAP has grown into the most pioneering athlete mentoring programme worldwide, matching hundreds of athletes across sports and countries. The 2025 cohort of the programme includes 70 athletes from 27 different sports and across 18 countries.
