Please Note

  1. Important information about the Championships: Athletes, parents, supporters and coaches must familarise themselves with the 2026 Para Fencing European Championships section of the BF website.
  2. Financial Assistance Scheme: Financial assistance forms for this event are available on request from gbr_support@britishfencing.com. Where families are paying for personal coaches and supporters to attend the event they are unlikely to be considered for support. Fencers attending private education institutions are also unlikely to be considered unless they are on 100% scholarships.

Reminder of the Selection Process

The British Fencing Para Fencing Rankings are still in their infancy and were therefore not considered when making selections.

While six places are available for each gender/weapon/classification category, not all six places have been filled for each category. The rationale for filling spaces can vary from athlete to athlete and category to category, and not every category had a full six ahletes who submitted discretionary requests and wished to be considered for selection.
