GBR CALENDAR UPDATES: EPEE SENIOR & CADET EVENT CHANGES

Senior Women’s Epee event in Ghent now nominated, Krakow Cadet Epee dates revised, and EFL Berlin upgraded to nominated status for Senior Epee.

Several amendments have now been added to the:

FIE Ghent Satellite – Senior Women’s Epee (12th September 2026) has been moved to nominated status following feedback from athletes and coaches.

Given the short timeframe before the competition, invitations have been issued through Sport:80 to the top twelve eligible athletes, along with four reserves. As this is a Satellite event, any eligible fencer who wishes to compete may still submit an application. Standard referee contribution requirements will apply.

Krakow EFC Cadet Epee has been rescheduled and will now take place on 23rd-24th January 2027. The competition was previously due to be held on 2nd-3rd January 2027.

The Eurofence League Event (EFL) Berlin – “The White Bear”, taking place on 13th-14th February 2027, has been updated from development status to nominated on the GBR Calendar for Senior Epee fencers. BF will select the top twelve senior athletes at the relevant selection point. Eligible fencers who are planning their season may submit an entry request before selections are finalised.

Fencers, parents, and coaches are encouraged to check the latest competition information regularly via the GBR Calendar.
