BF is recruiting for a Finance Manager.

About the Role

It is the ambition of British Fencing to meet the needs of the fencing community and delivery partners to maintain a long-term, self-sustaining operating model that secures the future of British Fencing, strengthens clubs, and ensures the continued growth and success of the sport.

Underpinning the delivery of this ambition are the financial processes and systems ensuring internal efficiencies and strong financial controls.

The Finance Manager will play a key role in delivering BF’s financial sustainability ambitions by operating, maintaining and developing existing and new financial controls and processes, working across the organisation to support excellence in financial operations.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisation and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of non-financial staff across the organisation.

With a positive can-do attitude they will be passionate about helping others to achieve success and they will thrive as part of a small dynamic team.
