2026 AGM SAVE THE DATE - 30th OCT

Members are being asked to save the date for the Annual General Meeting, (AGM) which will be held at 11am on Friday 30th October 2026 at the ODI offices, 4 Millbank, London, SW1P 3JA. Voting will be in-person (or in advance by proxy forms). Members and guests will be able to join online. 

Please save the date in your diaries for the BF Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held at 11am on Friday 30th October 2026 at the ODI offices, 4 Millbank, London, SW1P 3JA.

Voting will be in-person. If you are unable to attend you will be able to register your vote in advance or appoint a voting member attending in-person to vote for you on the day. This is done by filling out a proxy form which will be made available with the formal notice to follow (expected next week).

The AGM will be followed by a short presentation of British Fencing Honours Awards to those recipients unable to attend the presentation on Tuesday 6th October at the Para Fencing European Championships. Presentations will also take place at British Championship Events, based on recipients’ availability.
