2025-26 BF RANKING SCHEME UPDATE

The 2025-26 BF Ranking Scheme has been finalised following a successful community consultation and discussion events aimed at education and feedback.

We appreciate everyone who reviewed the draft and shared their thoughts. Your input was invaluable in shaping the final version.

  • No fundamental changes were made from the draft version.
  • Tables have been updated to reflect the consultation extract.

There was a delay in publishing the scheme while we worked to understand the new EFC Eurofence League events and addressed the technical challenges involved in implementing table changes across all categories. The updated tables were applied from 1 September 2025, in line with the consultation. Events held before this date were not amended.

Further Feedback Highlights:

Feedback relating to selection, BF Selection Policy, and GBR eligibility was redirected to the separate Selection Policy consultation for consideration.

GBR Calendar:

Several comments focused on avoiding event clashes. BF works to set calendars early to minimise conflicts between domestic and international events. While FIE and EFC publish their calendars between May and June, occasional changes can occur later. When this happens, BF collaborates with organisers to reduce any significant impact.
