This Pathway Camp is designed to support both fencers in preparing effectively for competition by focusing on the principle of ‘controlling the controllables’, while U14 fencers will explore the foundations of GBR Squad Culture and learn to train as a cohesive team. Saturday’s programme includes competitive poule fights with tactical scenarios, a nutrition workshop, light sparring for those competing the next day, and individual support. On Sunday, athletes will take part in team-building activities, collaborative training, problem-solving sparring, plyometric-based S&C learning, and a competitive finish to reinforce squad development.
