Highland Open 2026

The Highland Open is the most northerly ranked fencing competition in the UK and we look forward to welcoming you to Elgin. The competition is based on two rounds of poules before the DEs and secondary competitions for all events. We aim to try and make this a friendly competition and an excellent opportunity for anyone entering their first ranked open competition.

We continue to operate later check in times to allow for same day travel.

To encourage women's sabre, we will offer free entry for this weapon if you also enter either the women's foil or epee. For both men's and women's weapons, if you are entering 2 weapons, please request the discount code (i.e. 2 weapons £55) before paying. Contact Callum Sutherland:-

Men's Epee 9.30 to 10.00am

Men's Sabre 11.00 to 11.30am

Women's Epee 10.00 to 10.30am

Women's Sabre 11.30 to 12.00noon

Sunday 27th September

Men's Foil 9.30 to 10.00am

Women's Foil 10.30 to 11.00am
