Sabreurs, This One’s For You — Join Our Sabre‑Only Mini Open Competition!

Get ready for a day built entirely around the speed, precision, and adrenaline of sabre. No foil. No épée. Just pure, uninterrupted sabre fencing from first bout to final hit.

Whether you’re sharpening your competitive edge, returning to the piste after a break, or looking for high‑quality fights in a focused environment, this event is designed to give sabreurs exactly what they’ve been asking for: more meaningful bouts, more development, and more community.

Why You’ll Want to Be There

  • All‑sabre, all day — every bout, every category, every piste.
  • High bout volume — development‑friendly formats that maximise fencing time.
  • Supportive atmosphere — ideal for newer sabreurs and seasoned competitors alike.
  • Qualified sabre referees — consistent, weapon‑specific officiating.
  • A chance to grow the sabre community — your participation strengthens the pathway for everyone.

Who Can Enter

Open to all sabre fencers in the relevant age category. If you love the weapon, you’re welcome.

What to Expect

2 rounds of Fast-paced pools, then into DE's, and a schedule built to keep the day flowing. Expect intensity, camaraderie, and the kind of fencing that reminds you why you picked up a sabre in the first place.

Be Part of It

Spaces are limited, and sabre events fill quickly. Don’t miss your chance to fence, learn, and connect with sabreurs from across the region.

Sharpen your blade. Bring your speed. See you on the piste.
