My coaching philosophy is simple: never leave anyone behind. As the founder of the University of Plymouth Autism Group and through my leadership roles with Girl-guiding UK, I have learned to intentionally design sessions that are inclusive and responsive to the fact that young people learn, communicate, and develop at different paces, particularly those who are neurodivergent. By expressing empathy, patience, and respect, I strive to create safe and supportive spaces where every person can build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. For me, coaching is far from developing skills in sport, but about helping people, of any age unlock their potential, enjoy the process, and carry those strengths into everyday life.
