After coaching in the UK for seventeen years and then coaching professionally in Hungary for the past four years my philosophy has gone through many changes. I believe that structured systematic training is the foundation of great results. I also believe that people develop at different rates, one person may breakthrough at 15, another might break through at 35. My job is to never give up.
