Level 3 - Sabre and Foil, Level 1 Epee I want groups to enjoy the experience and have an active session. The quicker you start to fence, the sooner you learn. Start with plastic weapons and move on to metal weapons as soon as appropriate. Individual lessons should be progressive. Coordinated foot work and action is the corner stone of fencing. Right place, right time, right action.
