I like conditioning parameters to develop game sense. I've been known to use a lot of bizarre apparatus. I'm a big believer in individual lessons. I favour silent lessons, to develop a rapport between coach and student, that is transferable to a skill advantage on piste. I like to instil an understanding of distance and timing which accounts for the opponent’s reaction time. “Don’t hit them where they are now... hit them where they are going to be!”
