Coaching Fencing Épée (L2)

- Épée
I believe fencing can be for everyone. I like helping each fencer to get what they want out of the session, always keeping it active. I believe in using a variety of teaching methods including individual and group lessons, footwork training, fight analysis and of course games. I aim to try help fencers become their own inner coach so they can continuously improve with self reflections. For development fencers I also believe it is important to see how they fence under pressure in competitions so like to analyse their performance with them either live or with video. Also of course, fencing needs to be safe so I make sure the environment is welcoming and friendly and all questions can be asked and worries subsided.
